Wake up early, hit the gym, crush it at work, meal prep, call my mom, be a social butterfly andsqueeze in a face mask before bed.

Spoiler alert: that kind of “balance” didn’t last.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and started building micro-routines—small, repeatable habits that anchored my day without overwhelming it—that I finally began feeling aligned. Not just productive at work, but grounded in my personal life too.

This year, I’ve been calling it my Champagne Year—a season of warmth, comfort, and intentional living. And one of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve made? Letting go of the all-or-nothing approach and embracing micro-routines that support who I’m becoming

Micro-Reset Moment: A solo walk, fresh flowers, or a coffee shop journal sesh to reconnect with yourself

These moments help you hit Monday with clarity and a sense of self.
